Each piece is made to order, just for you. Due to the nature of custom artwork, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 10 days of receiving the item. I will work with you to resolve the issue, possibly replacing the damaged prints. Please include pictures of the damaged artwork and shipping box to me@jimmyjohnstonphoto.com

All artwork is printed on a beautiful heavyweight smooth rag matte paper. Color and contrast may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to the nature of pigment printing.

Not sure how to frame your print?

You may notice that these are not your standard print sizes like 8x10 or 11x14, they aren’t even the same dimensions; most off-the-shelf frames are a 3:4 ratio and these are a 2:3 ratio.

If a custom framing shop is out of your budget, trust me I know how expensive it can get, I have put together some options that to showcase your new artwork in a beautiful and more budget friendly way.

Metal Frames! Metal frames have the look of a gallery frame but are made from sturdy and lightweight aluminum. American Frame has an extensive collection of metal frames in a variety of colors and finishes, sold as a kit that includes a mat, backer board and acrylic. The only caveat is that you will need to assemble the frame yourself with a screwdriver, but don’t worry because it’s easy and you will feel good about it because it will look amazing and you helped make it.

Consider a service like Framebridge! Custom framing but it’s done on a larger scale which brings the price down. Simply choose a frame from their many stocks, I recommend a classic gallery style frame like Mercer Slim or Irvine Slim for black or white, or Marin for a natural wood. After answering some questions about the size of your artwork, they will send you a mailer for your artwork and then ship the framed print back to you. They also several storefronts depending on your location.

Don’t want the hassle? Email me and I will get a quote for a custom frame and handle everything for you.
